Hi Álvaro! the idea of emotional salary is good! but it doesn’t seem to be widely implemented yet.
Compensation under this model is more complicated than the current one! but if companies make the effort to introduce emotional salary as a way to incentivize their employees! the benefits they will gain will far outweigh the costs involved. it will be a bad decision for the giant
Facebook to control 3 of the main social networks! Instagram! Twitter and Facebook ! it will cause a loss of
plurality of the information that reaches users! the Twitter algorithm

it will alter some of the principles and keys of Twitter! to increase the
overall benefit of the platform.
If Twitter falls into calculation of cable cross-section based on current load. Facebook’s hands! Zuckerberg ‘s social network
will transform it into the leading social network’s image!

news for Twitter users.
Microsoft
It would be the least bad option; if Microsoft acquires
Twitter ! it would enter the mass social networking sector! complementing
LinkedIn ! its star acquisition last year! which represented a dramatic shift
in the technological landscape in the ICT sector.
For Microsoft! it would be the perfect complement to LinkedIn
Ads and Bing Ads ! having their share of digital advertising! and being able to compete
with Facebook and book your list Google in better conditions! but they would still have a
very marginal position! they should focus on other profitable advertising niches and on
the acquisition of other networks that increase their critical mass of users.
