Values! those largely forgotten in most companies in this country! and their importance for everything to run smoothly! especially in the long term.
Today I’m focusing on the values that should govern any organization to ensure a healthy work environment and ensure professionals can thrive in an ideal setting.
I shouldn’t have written this post this week! but circumstances have led me to the point where you are reading this post today! about the values that should never be forgotten in an organization. Furthermore! the topic was also discussed in one of the recent Night Marketers sessions last week! the one on May 31st to be exact! so I will rely on some of the comments shared by my colleagues and friends at #Nocturnos .
What 7 values Fundamental Values are essential
Resilience : One of the most popular values since the beginning of the 2008 crisis! resilience is defined as: “A person’s ability to overcome traumatic circumstances such as malaysia phone number library the death of a loved one! an accident! etc.” This ability or skill to overcome adverse circumstances is essential for facing daily work with positivity and without getting discouraged.

I believe this value is one of the most important that should exist between a leader and their employees ! since a relationship based on empathy will always be much more lasting and fruitful. Of course! empathy should also govern relationships within work teams! and among colleagues; camaraderie should always be based on empathy.
Trust and communication
we’ve reached one of the most difficult values to achieve! the one that takes most companies the longest to develop. Trust is based on believing that activities will be carried out correctly! because we have faith and belief that they will be! because the employee or superior is a professional who will always book your list give their all to ensure their work is completed on time.
Trust must be an intrinsic part of communication . We must have complete confidence in our superiors or our employees! but if we don’t let them know! the results won’t be as expected. Communication is essential for employees to know which direction they should be rowing in! to achieve the goals set within a time horizon! so they know which direction is the right course! or what is expected of them. Therefore! meetings become an essential exercise for achieving the desired objectives.
